Welcome to the GenAI ESPEN Assistant chatbot built on Open Chat Studio!

What it does?

The GenAI ESPEN Assistant is built to help you with data analytics and navigate documents

 on the WHO ESPEN portal. Upon receiving your query, the chatbot searches through its existing repository of resources pulled from the existing ESPEN Portal to provide you with a response IN English, French, or Portuguese. The chatbot can help you in the following ways:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date answers on NTD-related queries using a set of documents uploaded from the ESPEN and other WHO-recommended sites.
• Help find reports, datasets, maps, and guidelines on the ESPEN portal.
• Run SQL queries to generate insights from ESPEN data tables, such as trends in disease cases and treatment coverage.
• Display structured query results as tables, summaries, charts, or downloadable CSV files.

How it works?

The chatbot is NOT a human. This chatbot does not “think” or “understand” things like a person. Instead, it uses patterns in language to provide responses based on what’s been programmed or what it has “learned” from a large set of language data. It tries its best to give relevant and helpful responses, but sometimes it might not fully understand complex questions or may give unexpected answers, and make mistakes.
